*In order to book your appointment, we must put a hold on your credit card. Your card will NOT be charged until after the appointment or if we must charge a cancellation or no show fee.
In order to better treat all of our clients, we request that you cancel 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
"WHY?" you ask.
Cancelling 12 hours prior to your appointment allows us enough time to schedule with another client. Since we reserved this time specially for you, a cancellation fee will apply if the appointment is not cancelled within the 12-hour window.
A cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of 25% of the requested service.
"NO SHOW" POLICY
If you reserve an appointment with us and are absent at the time of your appointment, you will be charged a "No Show" fee.
A "No Show" fee will be charged in the amount of 50% of the requested service.
